It started in a restaurant kitchen in France. At 12, I was already watching customers, reading the room, figuring out what made people stay or leave. I did not know it then, but that was the beginning of a career built on one obsession: understanding why people do what they do.
From there I found my way into the early days of e-commerce, before moving through customer success and back into marketing, where I spent years consulting independently across clients in EMEA and APAC, helping businesses build smarter acquisition systems and grow in ways that actually made sense.
Russell Brunson's stages, Ryan Deiss bootcamps, Julie Stoian's programmes, Philip Kotler's frameworks, certifications across Meta and HubSpot, live sessions with the best practitioners I could access. If someone was doing interesting work in marketing, I wanted to understand how and why.

Postgraduate Diploma from TU Dublin, Distinction, top of class. MSc in Business and Marketing, First Class Honours. The research that came out of it got published. The questions it raised are still very much open.
